The Makita 5 Inch high power angle grinder is perfect for stone works, polishing and grinding applications. Grinder consists of a 13 Amp motor that delivers an operating speed of 2800 to 10,500 RPM. SJS™ technology of the grinder safeguards the tool from any damage to the motor or gear thus ensuring durability. Speed can be varied with the help of a five-stage variable trigger to suit a wide variety of driving applications. Soft start mechanism prevents sudden start-up to ensure minimal fling-off. The electronic speed control mechanism helps in maintaining a constant speed throughout the application. Electronic limiter prevents over-loading and burnout of the motor. Labyrinth construction of the grinder safeguards the motor and ball bearings from any dust or debris. Zig-zag varnish on the grinder acts as a barrier to prevent any damage caused by the contaminants. The lock-on switch ensures uninterrupted use for long periods of time.
