The Makita 6 Inch random orbit sander is powered by a 2.7 Amp motor that delivers an operating speed of 4000 to 10,000 OPM for smooth sanding applications. Variable speed dial helps the user to adjust the operating speed depending upon the application. Sander conforms well with 6 Inch hook and loop abrasive discs to enable quick and smooth installation. The 1/8 Inch random orbit action produces a smooth and swirl-free finish. Front handle can be detached easily to facilitate sanding in corners and hard-to-reach places. Through-the-pad dust collection mechanism prevents the dirt and debris from entering the tool. Ergonomic handle has a rubberized grip that minimizes vibration and ensures user comfort. Large trigger switch makes it easy to use and operate and the lock-on button ensures a continuous use for longer periods of time. Built-in fan is made from strong cast metal that endures tough jobsite uses. Double insulated design offers good user safety. Sander comes with a 120 grit abrasive disc, dust bag, wrench holder, hex wrench, dust nozzle and a rubber pad.
