The Makita 7 Inch angle grinder is powered by a 15 Amp motor that rotates at 6000 RPM. The electronic current limiter safeguards the motor from any overload damage. Constant speed control automatically applies additional power to the motor in order to maintain speed under load. Labyrinth construction offers long lasting durability by preventing the entry of debris to motor, bearings and gears. Large trigger switch with lock-on function ensures continuous use. Soft start suppresses start-up reaction there by ensuring smooth start-ups and longer gear life. The ergonomically designed handle is provided with soft rubberized grip so that the user can work for long duration without any fatigue.
