400 W is an ultra premium solvent based primer or sealer or bonders developed to solve many paint bonding problems. It provides excellent adhesion, sealing and bonding on many hard-to-coat surfaces. 400 W can be used for both indoor or out-door applications and can be used with either oil or alkyd or latex topcoats.
